Accelerate change and strengthen resilience in Black communities through leadership building, creating our own tables, and developing partnerships with allies.

Overview

Next Leadership Development is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that my husband and I started back in 2003. It has since grown to support resilience for local and national Black leaders and communities. We do not have many resources, but we do what we can with what we have: We lift as we climb.
